Research & Planning - Location & Atmosphere

Dark mid shot, typical for alleyways etc, however with the lighting surrounding myself would allow the viewer to be able to get a feel for my expression in a video, also the use of costume and contrasting orange with the black surroundings is perfect use of mise en scene, to create a conspicuous and slightly dangerous setting.
Playing around with the shots can help build tension, but also help the viewer know whats going on and really feel involved with the location, and build a knowledge of whats going on.
Bright lights in a dark setting.


Brighter shots to ensure, its not all dark and gloomy, a good contrast is needed to grab the audiences attention.
The surrounding area is really bright, however the background really dark, this can spark attention and cause tension as you dont know whats going to happen, weather anyone will appear...
Again different use of shots, more intersting.
Fast paced shots, good use of car lights moving, if we can repeat this effect again this will be great for later on the trailer when the pace increases, building up to a grecendo.
